Wanted to say thank you for your incredibly prompt response over and over again to any concern and for the very real way you keep these older buildings in good shape. It is rare to find a group as responsible as Hunter, so thank you.

Jen in record keeping and Katie in leasing have been extremely helpful and due to my interactions with them, I would recommend Hunter Properties to any prospect(s)… the sublet process was seamless…Even the new couple made a comment at how expedient the approval process was. I look forward to being a future resident in one of your properties.

It has been a pleasure to be a resident for the past two years. On a more personal note, I would like to recognize the building manager Sherry. Over the past two years she has not only kept an active role in keeping the building clean, but also very receptive to any problems

or concerns that any of the residents had. I was always relieved to know that any packages that came to the building could be delivered to her until pick-up. Having heard of many problems that my family has had with stolen packages, this was a great option that made this building even better. Her attentive eye to those people who entered the building made me feel very safe and know that any strange activity would be relayed to me. Sherry makes this building one of the hidden gems of the renting world. With the rent reasonable and a building manager that is very renter-friendly, I would recommend this building to anyone. I have lived at the 1363 W Greenleaf property and I have never seen it look better. I really love what your organization did with the landscape, it is wonderful.
