I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT IF ANY ADVERSE ACTION IS TAKEN BY HUNTER PROPERTIES, INC., SUCH AS DENYING MY APPLICATION, REQUIRING A CO-SIGNER ON MY LEASE, REQUIRING A LARGER DEPOSIT, OR RAISING THE RENT AMOUNT, BASED SOLELY ON OR PARTIALLY ON THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN MY CREDIT REPORT, THAT THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY DID NOT MAKE THE DECISION TO TAKE THE ADVERSE ACTION AND CANNOT GIVE SPECIFIC REASONS FOR IT.
